At The EDC Center, we are committed to providing clear and fair rental policies that support our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Please review the following terms before booking your event, meeting, or workspace with us.

No Refund Policy

All event rentals and related services are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, payments made cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Rescheduling and Building Credit

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your event, you must provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to your scheduled event date. With proper notice, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling by applying your payment as a building credit toward a future booking.

  • Credits can only be used for events or services at The EDC Center.

  • Credits must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Cancellations Without Proper Notice

If less than 60 days’ notice is provided, the reservation and all payments will be forfeited. No building credit will be issued.

Additional Policies

  • All clients must comply with facility rules and guidelines as outlined in their rental agreement.

  • Event setup and cleanup times must be included within the hours booked.

  • Any damages to the property or equipment may result in additional charges.

By booking an event or service with The EDC Center, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
